Question: Do I need an appointment?

Answer: It is strongly suggested that you book in advance. You can book online or call for a reservation. We book up quickly before holidays and on the weekend so please consider that when you are calling to reserve a spot. Prom bookings are also filled quickly.

 

Question: Can I book for my wedding party? I have 4 groomsmen and myself and we want to get our hair cut for the ceremony. Do you do group bookings?

Answer: Yes we can do group bookings. Do schedule at least a month to two before your event. Please call and ask about special pricing options.

 

Question: What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

Answer: Cash Only. We do not accept checks or credit/debit cards.

 

Question: What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

Answer: We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.

 

Question: What happens if I Miss my Appointment?

Answer: In the event that you miss an appointment without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments with us.

 

Question: Do you send any appointment reminders?

Answer: As a courtesy, we may call and confirm your appointment (1) business day prior to your appointment.

 

Question: Am I able to bring my kids to the salon to wait?

Answer: Unfortunately to keep the exclusivity of the salon, no children are allowed in the salon during salon services unless services are being performed on them.

 

Question: Am I able to bring my pet in to the salon?

Answer: Unfortunately Animals are not allowed in the salon.

 

Question: Am I able to smoke outside the salon?

Answer: Our facility is a smoke free environment. absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. (hookah and e-cigs are also prohibited)

 

Question: Do you offer gift certificates?

Answer: Please call and ask at the shop about gift certificates or prepaying as a gift for someone.

 

Question: Do you offer salon products for hair?

Answer: Yes. The stock changes often please check out our products section on the website or call with any other questions.

 

Question: What if I do not like my hair cut?

Answer: We do everything in our power to get a good idea of how you want your hair cut. If you are not happy with your cut please let us know before you leave so that we can work with you toward your satisfaction.
