Payment policy - Cash only!!! No Checks, bank, atm, or credit cards are accepted as a form of payment for salon services.
Cancellation Policy - We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
Missed Appointments - In the event that you miss an appointment without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments with us.
Confirmation Calls - As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your appointment (1) business day prior to your appointment.
Children Policy - Unfortunately to keep the exclusivity of the salon, no children are allowed in the salon during salon services unless services are being performed on them. Animals are also not allowed in the salon.
Smoking Policy - Our facility is a smoke free environment. absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. (hookah and e-cigs are also prohibited)
FOUR TIPS FOR MAKING AND MANAGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Make sure you are booking the correct day.
- After selecting your desired time and barber, please click “confirm”.
- Please do not delete your confirmation e-mail. This is the only way you can cancel/change your appointment if need be.
- Lastly, our system displays the very next slot available. This may take you to the next day simply because we are “booked out” on the day you are viewing in our system. No need to call the shop to notify us, we are aware that the system operates this way.
